The selection includes solo artists and groups. Among them are Juan Pardo, Alaska y Dinarama, Bertín Osborne, Mari Trini, and Raphael. Also participating are José Luis Perales, Paloma San Basilio, Dyango, Massiel, and Alberto Cortez.
The four sides combine pop and melodic song. For example, side A includes "Secreto" by Bravo and "Qué peligro tiene" by Juan Pardo. Side B features "Diario de una mujer" and "Yo sigo siendo aquel.".
The cover features portraits of the participants. The back cover, however, lists the tracks.
