1. Shipping Zones
Franxu's Wardrobe ships to Spain, to the European destinations enabled during the purchase process, and also to United States and Canada. If a destination is not listed as available, you can check its availability by writing to info@elarmariodefranxu.com.
2. Preparation and delivery deadlines
The estimated timeframes are 1 to 3 business days for Spain, 1 to 5 business days for Europe y 8 to 17 business days for the United States and Canada, including regular order preparation. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.
The delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on the destination, item availability, carrier, or circumstances beyond the store's control. If a significant delay occurs, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are €10 for Spain, €15 for the rest of Europe y €39.95 for the United States and Canada. The applicable amount is shown in the shopping cart or during checkout before confirming payment.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs handling fees in the destination country. These amounts, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Preparation and follow-up
When the service used offers tracking, the corresponding information will be provided by email or through the customer area. The buyer must verify that their name, phone number, and delivery address are complete and correct.
5. Failed deliveries and returned packages
If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated absence, or failure to collect it, the carrier may return it. You will be informed of any applicable shipping costs before a new shipment is made.
6. Damages, losses or incidents
If the package arrives with visible damage, it is recommended to report it to the carrier and contact the store as soon as possible. To facilitate the process, include the order number and photographs of the packaging and the product. 7. Returns
