These terms and conditions govern purchases made at El Armario de Franxu. By placing an order, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The contract is formalized in Spanish.
3. Products and availability
The essential features, images, and price of each item are shown on its product page. 5. Purchase process
To purchase, add the items to your cart, provide the required information, select your preferred delivery and payment method, and review the summary before confirming. Automatic order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. The contract will be considered accepted upon order confirmation or confirmation of its preparation.
6. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Using the payment methods displayed on this platform during checkout. Franxu's Wardrobe does not store complete card details. The order may be canceled if payment is declined or cannot be verified.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to Spain, to the European destinations selected during checkout, and also to the United States and Canada. Estimated delivery times are 1 to 3 business days for Spain, 1 to 5 business days for Europe y 8 to 17 business days for the United States and Canada. Applicable shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation: €10 for Spain, €15 for Europe, and €39.95 for the United States and Canada. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs handling fees in the destination country.
The buyer must provide a complete and correct address. If the package shows visible damage upon receipt, it is recommended to note this with the carrier and report it as soon as possible to info@elarmariodefranxu.com.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
Except for the exceptions provided by law, the consumer has 14 calendar days From the moment you receive your order, you can notify us of your decision to withdraw, without needing to provide a reason. You can do so by writing to info@elarmariodefranxu.com and indicating the order number and the affected items.
Products must be returned without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days of notifying the buyer of the withdrawal, in a condition that allows verification of their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The direct costs of return shipping due to withdrawal are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated or the product is defective or incorrect.

Orders shipped to the United States and Canada are not eligible for exchanges or returns for reasons other than a defect, damage, or error in the order. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the order, please write to info@elarmariodefranxu.com as soon as possible.
9. Exceptions to withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not apply in cases excluded by law, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized and sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene when they have been unsealed.
