Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to justify your decision and without penalty.
To exercise this right, you must communicate it in writing to [email protected], indicating at least:
• Full name.
• Order number.
• Products you wish to return.
• Date the order was received.
• Express declaration of your intention to withdraw from the purchase.

Return conditions

Products must be returned in good condition, with little to no use, and with their original packaging, labels, accessories, or included components, whenever possible. Handling the product is only permitted to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality, as you would in a physical store.
If the product is returned with damage, signs of misuse, deterioration or missing items due to handling beyond what is necessary, a reduction in the amount to be refunded may be applied, to the extent permitted by law.

Products accepted for return

At El Armario de Franxu we do accept returns of Earrings and other similar items, provided that the general return conditions are met.
Returns will not be accepted only in cases legally excluded by applicable regulations, such as personalized products or those that, by their nature, do not allow returns according to the law.

Return shipping costs

Unless the product has arrived defective, damaged or does not correspond to the order placed, the direct costs of return will be borne by the buyer, provided that this information has been provided before the purchase.
If the order has an error attributable to the store or the product arrives in poor condition, El Armario de Franxu will assume the return costs and the corresponding solution.

Refund

If you cancel the entire order, the refund will include the price of the products and the cost of standard one-way shipping. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the cost of the standard option will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product if they were informed of this before purchase.
The refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of you notifying us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold it until we receive the products or until you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different one.

Defective products or incorrect shipments

Orders to the United States and Canada: Returns of defective and non-defective products are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt. New and gently used items are accepted; exchanges are not permitted. Returns are processed by mail, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping label. No restocking fees apply, and refunds are processed within 14 days. Effect of refunds on Franxu Club points

For full or partial returns, points redeemed to pay for the order are neither refunded nor replenished: they remain deducted from the customer's balance. Additionally, points earned on returned items will be deducted from the balance in proportion to the amount returned. The balance will be updated when the return or refund is processed.
